Worked as a sommelier in various countries before founding Vinothek im Park AG. He has been voted Sommelier of the Year several times, was Swiss Sommelier Champion and is a Master Sommelier.

CHRISTIAN HESSE

Operations Manager

Until March 2010 he was sommelier at the Park Hotel Weggis (1 Michelin star, 2700 different wines). Before that he worked in the same capacity for one of Europe’s best chefs, Harald Wohlfahrt, at the Schwarzwaldstube (3 Michelin stars).
