A deep garnet core with noticeable light brick rim. The nose exhibits moderate intensity, perhaps a little subdued at first with black cherry, a touch of truffle, cedar and leather with mint evolving with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with lovely balance and a very natural, sensuous personality. What must have been an opulent wine has certainly mellowed into a quasi Saint Emilion styled Cabernet. STORAGE

Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
