EnquiryPale golden yellow. Musky aromas of apricot pit, wild herbs and oyster shell. Smoky candied pineapple fruit is creamy but at the same time clear and precise. Very long on the finish. This may have more depth, but I prefer the purity and precision of the spatlese.

STORAGE
Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.
This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
