EnquirySmoke, savory herbs, pepper, tobacco and game are some of the signatures in the Littorai 2013 Pinot Noir Cerise Vineyard. Today the Cerise is a bit compact and lacking in freshness, both of which make me think it will be an uncharacteristically early drinking wine from Littorai. I had hoped that over time, the Cerise would find its balance, but instead the opposite has happened and today the Cerise is less complete than it was a year ago.

STORAGE
Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.
This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
