EnquiryThe 2015 Brut Cuvée Spéciale Les Chétillons is airy, gracious and quite pretty. This bottle is from the last disgorgement of the 2015, done in July 2022. I can’t help but think a little more time on lees helped the wine come together. Pear, sage, mint and white flowers are nicely delineated. There is a touch of green/vegetal character, but it is in the background today. Dosage is 5 grams per liter.

STORAGE
Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.
This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
