    The 2016 Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru is quite dense and powerful, but it also has more than enough fruit to fill out its ample, full-bodied frame. A rush of dark cherry, plum, licorice and savory herbs take on decidedly exotic overtones.     STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
