    Vinous 92

    Bright ruby. Potent red and blue fruit liqueur, potpourri and incense are complemented by hints of botanical herbs and exotic spices. Attractively sweet and energetic in style, offering spice-laced raspberry, boysenberry, dried cherry and floral pastille flavors supported by a strong undercurrent of smoky minerality. Polished, even tannins frame and shape a smooth finish that lingers with strong persistence and repeating florality. I’d have guessed that there was more Grenache in play here.     STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
