    Vinous 95

    Glass-staining violet color. Aromas of ripe blueberry and cherry preserves, licorice, olive, baking spices and woodsmoke, with a mineral nuance in the background. Weighty and yet surprisingly energetic as well, offering lush, dark berry preserve, fruitcake and candied violet flavors with a spicy touch of cracked pepper. Strongly echoes the floral note on the impressively long finish, which is framed by slowly emerging tannins. [Josh Raynolds, 22/12/2022]

    STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
