    Vinous 95

    Saturated ruby. A highly fragrant bouquet evokes ripe, mineral-tinged cherry and black raspberry, boysenberry, Moroccan spices and botanical herbs, along with suggestions of vanilla and candied flowers. Offers deeply concentrated yet lively red and dark berry preserve, spicecake, cola and salty olive flavors that are sharpened by a building spicy note. Shows outstanding clarity and mineral drive on the youthfully tannic finish, which hangs on with outstanding tenacity. [Josh Raynolds, 22/12/2022]

    STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
