    Vinous 95

    Wafts of ripe melon, honeysuckle, yellow apple, dried flowers, flintstone and vanilla introduce the 2019 Ermitage Blanc Ex-Voto. Medium-bodied and focused, it offers ample concentration within a balancing framework of bright acidity. Spicy, toasty and peachy undertones make an appearance on a rounded palate that shows energy and ambition. Although it delivers plenty of joy today, the 2019 can easily age for another decade.     STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
