The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Lyndenhurst is an aromatic, silky Cabernet that will drink well with minimal cellaring. All the Spottswoode signatures are present, but in a smaller scale, which works perfectly for more near and medium-term drinking. Crushed flowers, sweet red berry fruit, mint, blood orange and spice all grace this supple, mid-weight Cabernet from Spottswoode. The 2019 is beautifully done. The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Lyndenhurst is composed of 77.7% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9.4% Cabernet Franc, 4.1% Petit Verdot, 5% Merlot and 3.8% Malbec. Deep garnet-purple in color, it skips out of the glass with lively blueberries, redcurrants and kirsch scents, plus hints of cedar chest, fragrant earth and rose hip tea. STORAGE

Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
