    Vinous 91

    The 2020 Chassagne-Montrachet Morgeot 1er Cru Rouge taken from a one-year old barrel, has a well-defined bouquet with bright red cherries and cranberry fruit. Very intense. The palate is medium-bodied with a chalky entry with very fine tannins, lightly spiced with quite a pesistent finish. Excellent. [Neal Martin, 16/12/2021]

    STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
