    The 2021 Vosne-Romanée Les Suchots 1er Cru has a strange nose that I personally find malodorous, very sweet ‘n sour with a little volatile acidity. The palate is light with tart cherry fruit, but the finish is severely undernourished and green around the edges. It does come back with aeration, though it never really gels.     STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
