    Vinous 91-93

    The 2021 Vosne-Romanée Les Beaux Monts Vieilles Vignes 1er Cru is a tense, nervy wine. It offers good depth and persistence but remains somewhat compact in feel. It will be interesting to see if the fruit emerges or if the 2021 remains reticent, as is. This is promising. Mineral, savory and soil-inflected notes dominate for now. – Antonio Galloni [Neal Martin, 05/01/2023]

    STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
