    Vinous 90-92

    The 2021 Chassagne-Montrachet Morgeot 1er Cru Rouge has a slightly more confit-like bouquet with raspberry jam and Morello cherry scents, fine delineation and a little more sumptuous than its peers. The palate is medium-bodied with a touch of black pepper and fine grip on the finish. Give this a couple of years in bottle. [Neal Martin, 05/01/2023]

    STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
