EnquiryThe 2021 Chablis Les Butteaux 1er Cru builds on its promise from last year with effervescent yellow fruit, quince and crushed stone aromas, with just a hint of hazelnut in the background. The palate s intense bouquet has a touch of wild fennel infusing the citrus fruit, strict and focused, with an almost penetrating finish. This is going to give 15-20 years of pleasure.

STORAGE
Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.
This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
