    The 2021 Chassagne-Montrachet La Concis de Champs has a fresh, crushed stone bouquet, well-defined, that blind I would guess comes from Puligny. The palate is simple but well-balanced with orange pith and tangy Clementine. There is modest weight, though it doesn’t quite kick on towards the finish. But overall, an enjoyable Chassagne.     STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
