    Vinous 90-92

    The 2021 Vosne-Romanée Village comes from three parcels. It has a pretty violet-tinged bouquet that is simple but effective, well-defined with red cherries and kirsch. The palate is balanced with moderate weight, pure red fruit with an appealing, slightly tart finish. This punches above its weight. Savour this over the next 8-10 years. [Neal Martin, 05/01/2023]

    STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
