    The NV (2020) Blanc de Blancs is aromatically quite attractive. Vegetal undertones and slightly angular contours lurk beneath, but are ultimately pretty well balanced within the wine’s medium-bodied frame. Lemon oil, white pepper, chalk, mint and dried herbs build nicely in the glass. Disgorged: 2024. [Antonio Galloni, 01/11/2025]

    STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
