EnquiryThe NV (2019) Extra-Brut Au Dessus du Gros Mont is a blend of 50% 2019 and 50% perpetual reserve back to 2008. Rich and layered, the 2019 is so elegant and also more refined than some past years. This wine has really grown. Hints of apricot, chalk, mint and white pepper open. Floral nuances lift the mid-palate and finish, adding striking finesse. This is impeccably done. Dosage is 1.2 grams per liter. Disgorged: February 16, 2026.

STORAGE
Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.
This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
