    The 2015 Malescot St. Exupéry has an elegant bouquet showcasing primarily red berry fruit (wild strawberry and raspberry), pencil shavings and light forest floor scents. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, finely-tuned acidity, a little more black fruit than the nose and a granular texture. It gently builds in the glass and is harmonious, slightly Saint-Julien in style, towards the finish that displays a touch of black pepper. Very fine. [Neal Martin, 26/01/2023]

    “Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, the 2015 Malescot St. Exupery is scented of chocolate-covered cherries, cassis and red plums with touches of earth and bay leaves.     STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
