    The 2015 Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Les Goulots has a delightful bouquet with dark berry fruit, hints of spice and wilted rose petals. The palate is medium-bodied with firm tannin, quite structured and with fine salinity towards the finish. There is good energy and fine grip towards the finish. It feels just a little rough-hewn at the moment, but those edges will smooth down with time. [Neal Martin, 08/12/2016]

    STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
