    This 2016 vintage of Clonakilla Shiraz Viognier is an outlier thanks to the hot season. An unusual opulence immediately impresses, thanks to lashings of fruit – mulberry and blackberry with raspberry jam topped by exotic florals. Plush fruit and smooth tannins reinforce impressive drinkability before finishing with layers of supple, spicy, mouth-filling flavour—a decadent but relatively early drinking vintage of Clonakilla.     STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
