    The 2017 Pouilly-Vinzelles Les Quarts is excellent, unwinding in the glass with a complex bouquet of Anjou pear, crisp green apple, mint and orange zest. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, satiny and layered, with a caressing attack, excellent depth at the core, lively acids and a long, precise finish. [William Kelley, 01/08/2019]

    STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
