    The 2018 Chapelle-Chambertin Grand Cru has an exquisite bouquet with pure brambly red berry fruit, loam and light rose petal scents. The palate is medium-bodied with a creamy opening, perhaps the oak just a little vocal at present. Good weight, quite seductive, though maybe just missing some mineralité on the finish. Fine.     The 2018 Chapelle-Chambertin Grand Cru (Domaine Louis Jadot) lives up to its fine showing in barrel, unwinding in the glass with notes of cherries, red berries and licorice mingled with hints of violets and warm spices. Full-bodied, layered and seamless, with a deep core of fruit, velvety tannins and succulent acids, it’s elegant and complete, concluding with a long, mouthwatering finish.     STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
