    The 2018 Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Clos du Meix reveals aromas of crisp green apple, white flowers, citrus zest and freshly baked bread, followed by a medium to full-bodied, round but incisive palate that’s chalky and mineral, with fine depth at the core and a long finish. This rocky, southeasterly exposed site is located by the village, below Derriere Chez Edouard. [William Kelley, 27/01/2020]

    STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
