    The 2018 Chablis Mont de Milieu 1er Cru has a lifted green apple, pear and crushed rock nose, touches of oyster shell developing with time in the glass. The palate is beautifully balanced and poised, demonstrating the finest tension and energy among Droin’s Premier Crus, with more bite toward the finish. Superb. [Neal Martin, 24/09/2020]

    STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
