EnquiryThe 2019 Haut-Bergey Blanc is marked by a distinctive savory quality that gives it a rustic feel. Lemon peel, sage and mint notes add a measure of complexity, but I wish the aromatics were a bit more focused and the wine was cleaner.

We ship all wines exclusively in certified shipping boxes or original packaging using the planzer-paket.ch parcel service or Swiss Post’s VinoLog® wine shipping service to your doorstep.

STORAGE
Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.
This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
