    Robert Parker 94

    The 2019 Chablis Grand Cru Valmur unwinds in the glass with scents of crisp green orchard fruit, fresh bread, iodine and dried white flowers. Full-bodied, satiny and layered, it’s deep and concentrated, with racy acids, chalky structuring dry extract and a long, saline finish. This is another serious, built-to-age bottling from Droin.     STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
