    The 2020 Chambolle-Musigny Les Chabiots 1er Cru has quite a stemmy nose that rather obscures the terroir and fruité at the moment. The palate is medium-bodied with a chewy opening, quite firm in the mouth, just missing some finesse and Pinoté towards the finish. A bit too firm for a Chambolle, at least in my book.     STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
