    Vinous 93

    The 2020 Bin 407 is a South Australian Cabernet Sauvignon. It is a deliciously fragrant wine bursting with cassis, crushed leaves, cedar plus reserved dark cherry with a nice dash of oak beautifully balanced. Bright and juicy, there is quite lovely initial impact and freshness before it tightens up with a long, focused palate. A delicious tension between fruit and structure provides a beautiful backdrop before underpinning a superbly long and vibrant finish. A very impressive vintage of 407. [Angus Hughson, 26/07/2022]

    STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
