    Vinous 91

    The 2020 Morey-Saint-Denis La Riotte 1er Cru has a very well-defined bouquet with potpourri and incense infused red fruit, quite plush and generous. The palate is medium-bodied with pliant tannins, fine acidity, maybe just a little conservative towards the finish but nicely poised. Attractive powdery texture here, and I appreciate the touch of white pepper on the aftertaste. [Neal Martin, 16/12/2021]

    STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
