    The 2020 Cornas Chaillot is a distinctively rustic Cornas from Thierry Allemand, opening with leather, cured meat, graphite, black plum and stemmy elements. Full-bodied and concentrated, the rusticity from the nose continues on the palate with astringent tannins, taking away some of the wine s refinement. This culminates with ample length on the savory aftertaste. I have a slight preference for the 2021 tasted side by side. [Nicolas Greinacher, 01/01/2025]

    STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
