EnquiryThe 2020 Vieux Château Mazerat offers blackberry and cedar scents on the nose, quite classic in style. The palate is medium-bodied with granular tannins and pointed acidity, becoming more tertiary with an off-dry finish. Give this a couple of years in bottle, and it may meet my expectations out of barrel. Tasted blind at the annual Southwold tasting.

STORAGE
Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.
This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
