EnquiryThe 2021 Petit Gravet Aîné is a potent, brooding wine. Cabernet Franc takes the leading role here. The 2021 unfurls in the glass with deep, powerful notes of dark cherry, plum, rose petal, mint and a kick of French oak. This is a wine of substance and intensity, driven and unusually hard. It’s a bit of a bruiser, with tough, angular contours. I will be curious to see how this ages.

STORAGE
Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.
This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
