    Vinous 92-94

    There is just one new 400-liter barrel of the 2021 Echézeaux Grand Cru and is 100% whole bunch. It has a nicely detailed bouquet, though I feel there is maybe a little too much stemminess at the moment, not that Frédéric Weber had ample choice given the depleted volume. The palate is medium-bodied with fine-grain tannins, very harmonious and pure. The stems are more enmeshed towards the lightly spiced finish. Lovely. But it will need time. [Neal Martin, 05/01/2023]

    STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
