    The 2021 Vosne-Romanée Les Suchots 1er Cru has a delightful, quite plush bouquet with ebullient red cherry and wild strawberry fruit, becoming ever more floral with time in the glass. Seductive (as Suchots ought to be) and gradually becomes pastille-like. The palate is well balanced with saturated tannins, a keen line of acidity, brisk red fruit and palpable nervosité towards the cassis-tinged finish. Wonderful. Tasted blind at the Burgfest tasting.     STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
