    Vinous 89-91

    The 2021 Corton-Perrières Grand Cru was showing a little reduction on the nose, though it feels delineated and quite complex. The palate is medium-bodied with chewy tannins, moderate depth and is quite saline towards the finish with a dash of white pepper. It needs to cohere in bottle, but there is promise here.     STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
