EnquiryThe 2023 Chardonnay Vrede is raised in 32% new oak, with the wine going 75% through malo. This has a fragrant bouquet with orange blossom, citrus fruit and light stony scents. Very good definition and focus. The palate is very well balanced and side-by-side this has more nervosité and mineralité. Precise and focused on the finish with plenty of sapidity, this is an excellent Chardonnay from Hannes Storm.

STORAGE
Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.
This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
