EnquiryThe NV (2016) Extra-Brut Substance is a wild, exotic Champagne. Tangerine peel, white flowers, candied citrus and spice fill out the layers. Hints of crystallized ginger and chamomile appear later. Ample and full-bodied, with tremendous energy, Substance is fabulous in this release. Bottled with no dosage. Disgorged: July 18, 2025.

STORAGE
Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.
This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
