EnquiryThis beautifully composed 2017 Shiraz Viognier is a bit shy to begin. Still, it slowly opens up to reveal layers of dark cherry, musk, and roasted spices, all delivered in a precise and focused package. A chalky tannic frame supports an abundance of flavour with juicy acidity providing impact before it unfurls over a long spicy finish. Very impressive and will no doubt improve over time.

STORAGE
Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.
This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
