    Vinous 92-94

    The 2021 Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru comes from a single plot in the higher sector close to the wall that offered some protection from the frost. Composed and focused on the nose, this unfurls in the glass with quite mineral-rich dark berry fruit mixed with peony and rose petals. The palate is medium-bodied with fine-grain tannins. Harmonious and quite poised, not a powerful Clos de Vougeot yet full of energy and tension. This is beautifully crafted. [Neal Martin, 05/01/2023]

    STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
