    Vinous 93-95

    The 2021 Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru, represented by five barrels this year, has a refined and focused bouquet, just a subtle reduction at play here. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, harmonious with a gorgeous smooth texture, gently unfurling with a tender yet concentrated finish. Wonderful. [Neal Martin, 05/01/2023]

    STORAGE

    Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.

    This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
