EnquiryThe 2021 Pinot Noir Cerise Vineyard is powerful, layered and exceptionally beautiful. It is also a very young wine in need of cellaring. Dark red fruit, leather, cedar, herbs and strong mineral notes all run through this potent, dazzling Pinot from Littorai. All of this fruit was destemmed.

STORAGE
Our wine cellars combine the natural characteristics of an underground wine cellar with state-of-the-art computer-controlled ventilation systems.
This maintains a humidity level of 65-75% and a constant temperature of 12-14°C all year round. In this safe place, the wine bottles can mature in complete darkness and peace. The cellar is free from foreign odours and vibrations so as not to affect the taste of the wine.
